Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of Clinvoo by clinics, doctors, healthcare assistants, and patients. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description & Clinical Products
Clinvoo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing cloud-based practice management, scheduling, and administrative documentation software. Our platform facilitates:
Digital practice management, appointment scheduling, and real-time public queue tracking
Dual-input clinical documentation: supporting both direct manual keyboard entry and ambient audio dictation
Digital E-Prescriptions & medication schedules (dosages, strengths, administration routes, and frequency timings)
Laboratory blood test and diagnostic investigation requisitions
Radiology scan and medical imaging request vouchers (X-Ray, CT scan, MRI, Ultrasound)
Doctor clinical guidance, dietary recommendations, lifestyle instructions, and follow-up directives
Patient communication tools and appointment modification capabilities
Clinvoo provides technical and administrative infrastructure only. Clinvoo is not a medical clinic, pharmacy, diagnostic laboratory, imaging center, or healthcare provider, and is not a certified medical device.
2. Physician Authorship & No Medical Advice
Clinvoo does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or deliver medical care. You, as the licensed healthcare professional, retain sole, final, and non-delegable clinical authority:
Sole Authorship: The attending doctor is the sole legal author of every diagnosis, e-prescription, lab order, imaging requisition, and lifestyle instruction issued through the platform
Unverified Draft Status: All AI-structured consultation notes, transcription summaries, and automated suggestions are unverified administrative drafts that require mandatory review
Independent Verification: Doctors must independently verify, edit, and approve all drug dosages, clinical orders, and patient records before saving, issuing, or printing
Reference Aids Only: Automated medication concentration badges, generic drug suggestions, and contraindication flags are informational reference aids only and never substitute for physician judgment
All clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic decisions are made solely by licensed medical practitioners under their professional medical license.
3. Responsibilities & Consent
Clinics & Doctors
Clinics and doctors are responsible for:
Informed Recording Consent: Securing all necessary verbal or written patient consents prior to initiating ambient audio recording during clinical consultations
Clinical Accuracy: Reviewing and ensuring absolute accuracy of all patient diagnoses, drug dosages, and clinical orders before saving or issuing them
Assistant Account Accountability: Supervise and assume full legal responsibility for all actions and data entries performed by clinic assistants under their account
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring their practice strictly adheres to all applicable healthcare regulations and medical ethics laws in Egypt
Patients
Patients are responsible for providing accurate contact and health information and communicating directly with their attending physician regarding medical advice.
4. Independent Pharmacies, Laboratories & Centers
Clinvoo may facilitate connecting patients with independent partner pharmacies or diagnostic centers only upon patient request
Clinvoo does not manufacture, sell, dispense, or deliver medications, nor does it collect blood samples or perform radiological imaging
Independent pharmacies, laboratories, and radiology centers operate autonomously and bear sole professional responsibility for prescription fulfillment, lab test accuracy, and imaging execution
5. Communication Consent & WhatsApp Templates
By booking an appointment or providing contact details, patients consent to receive service-related transactional communications regarding their visits and vouchers.
Clinvoo enforces a utility-only messaging policy: when a doctor saves a consultation, a one-time e-prescription voucher template may be sent. If neglected or closed by the patient, no unsolicited marketing follow-ups are sent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinvoo is not liable for:
Medical outcomes, treatment decisions, misdiagnoses, or clinical omissions made by healthcare practitioners
Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in AI-generated transcription drafts or clinical suggestions
Prescription dispensing mistakes, drug substitutions, pricing issues, or delays by independent pharmacies
Laboratory analysis discrepancies, test execution errors, or radiological scan interpretations
Temporary service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (such as WhatsApp APIs, cloud hosting, or database networks)
7. Account Suspension & Misuse
Clinvoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that enter fraudulent records, violate medical licensing requirements, or misuse platform infrastructure.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
