These Terms of Service govern the use of Clinvoo by clinics, doctors, and patients. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Clinvoo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides:
- Appointment scheduling and queue visibility
- Patient communication tools
- Appointment management capabilities, including viewing, modifying, or cancelling appointments through provided links or interfaces
Clinvoo provides technical infrastructure only and is not a healthcare provider.
2. No Medical Advice
Clinvoo does not:
- Provide medical advice
- Diagnose medical conditions
- Prescribe or recommend treatments
All medical decisions are made solely by licensed doctors and healthcare providers.
3. Responsibilities
Clinics & Doctors
Clinics and doctors are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information they provide
- Medical services delivered to patients
- Compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations
Patients
Patients are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information.
4. Pharmacies
- Clinvoo may help connect patients with partner pharmacies only upon patient request
- Clinvoo does not sell, dispense, or deliver medications
- Pharmacies operate independently and are responsible for prescription fulfillment
5. Communication Consent
By using Clinvoo services, users consent to receive service-related communications such as appointment confirmations and updates.
Users may opt out of communications at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
Clinvoo is not liable for:
- Medical outcomes or treatment decisions
- Errors made by healthcare providers or pharmacies
- Delays or interruptions caused by third-party services
7. Account Suspension
Clinvoo may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the platform occurs.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
