Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Clinvoo by clinics, doctors, assistants, and patients. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Clinvoo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides clinic management, online scheduling, queue tracking, and administrative AI tools.
Clinvoo provides technical infrastructure only; it is not a medical clinic or a healthcare provider.
Data Ownership & Exportability
Clinics and doctors own all patient, scheduling, and clinical records they input. Clinics can easily export their structured database at any time if they choose to terminate their use of the platform.
2. AI Tools, Search Engine Directory Crawling & Software Facilitators
Clinvoo utilizes modern software tools, AI queries, and search engines to facilitate clinic setup and operation:
- Onboarding Profile Suggestions: Clinvoo crawls public medical directories and search engines to locate and draft initial profile details, bios, and services for the doctor's review.
- AI Scribe: The platform offers automated tools that transcribe audio/text notes and structure diagnoses or e-prescriptions.
- Draft Status Only: AI-generated suggestions are strictly drafts. No record, bio update, or prescription details are saved to our persistent database unless the doctor reviews and explicitly clicks to accept them.
3. Responsibilities
Doctors & Clinics
- Verification of Clinical Data: The doctor holds sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all profile information and medical details (diagnoses, prescription dosages, etc.) before saving them. Clinvoo is not liable for errors in AI-generated drafts.
- Assistant Account Accountability: Clinics may create accounts for their assistants. The clinic/doctor is fully responsible for all data entered and actions taken by assistant accounts authorized under their profile.
- Compliance: Doctors must ensure their practice complies with applicable medical laws, regulations, and patient consent guidelines in Egypt.
Patients
Patients must provide accurate names and contact information during booking and are responsible for their own scheduling choices.
4. Independent Pharmacies & Monetization Model
Clinvoo is 100% free for doctors and clinics. We support the platform through transactions within our independent pharmacy referral network:
- Optional Connection: Clinvoo helps connect patients with independent partner pharmacies near them only when the patient explicitly requests it.
- No Medical Dispensing: Clinvoo does not sell, prepare, or dispense medications. Pharmacies operate independently and are solely responsible for verifying and fulfilling prescriptions.
- Monetization Disclosure: Partner pharmacies pay transaction fees to Clinvoo when a patient chooses to order through the network, allowing us to keep clinic software free for doctors.
5. Communication Consent & WhatsApp Notifications
- Consent: Users consent to receive transactional notifications (booking confirmation, queue updates, etc.) related to their appointments.
- The One-Time WhatsApp Template: When the doctor generates an e-prescription, Clinvoo sends a single automated notification to the patient's WhatsApp offering to connect them to a pharmacy.
- Neglect Clause: If the patient ignores or neglects this single prompt, no follow-ups are sent. Clinvoo does not engage in marketing spam or unsolicited follow-ups.
6. No Medical Advice
Clinvoo does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. All medical decisions and treatments are conducted solely by licensed medical practitioners.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clinvoo is not liable for:
- Medical outcomes, diagnoses, or clinical mistakes made by doctors.
- Prescription filling mistakes, pricing issues, or delivery delays by independent pharmacies.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized assistant account actions.
- Interruptions of service due to third-party outages (such as WhatsApp APIs, hosting providers, or database platforms).
8. Account Termination & Governing Law
Clinvoo reserves the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform, enter fraudulent records, or violate these Terms. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
